h*o*p*e

hope
A small four letter word that holds so much within it
hope, hope, hope
There are many things in this world that I "hope" for

When things we hope for do not happen
We are left feeling disappointed, sad, and most likely upset
When things we hope for do happen
We are elated, filled with joy, and overwhelmed with happiness

Two different emotions stemming from one common thing
Hope

Is it worth it?
To hope for something?
To dream about it, envision what life would be like if it happen?
It is good to get excited about it, even though we do not know the outcome?

The potential let down can be devastating
But the thrill of it happening is joyous

So do you hold onto hope?
The feeling that what is wanted can be had?
Do you believe and trust that your desires will unfold before you?
Do you put your guard down and surrender to the potential of the unknown?

I know I do

** ~ are you hoping for anything these days?  if you are I would love to hear about it. ~ **

i've spent so long not hoping, not dreaming in order to avoid the disappointment that I don't even know how to hope and dream anymore. Anytime, I do, I begin to argue with myself as to why it won't happen.

I know this is paralyzing me but I don't know how to overcome it.

What do I hope for? generally ... beauty. Specifically ... I hope to create beauty outside with my yard, I hope to finally get my masterbedroom painted, I hope to live a beautiful life.

Never lose hope. Hope lets you open up doors you've never seen before.

i picked hope for one of my words and then put it back....
i decided i needed to go bigger than that and visualize and make things happen and change and do.

hope seemed a little weak for me...is there something beefier than hope ?....if so, i want that word !

I do.

At the moment, I am hoping that a certain stock gets to a certain price in the next 4 days. And that I can get to Minneapolis sometime this year. Pretty simplistic items. :)
