Good morning, Jennifer! I sat in my art studio this morning, sipping my coffee, and watching your video. What a lovely way to begin my day! Finding our voices can be tough gigs, but well worth it. I think it can be in the speaking up, but also in our art, photography, and poetry among other ways. I am finding my way back to visual journaling...thank you for this.
